Johnson will print new statute and e-mail to council members for review. 5. Planning Commission vacancies discussed. Appoint new members at April 2015 meeting. 6. Community Hall charges discussed along with possibly closing hall for winter months. Motion Bible Support Post Change Community Hall charges from $50.00 to $100.00 for showers, family gatherings, and funeral dinners for non-village residents, change funeral dinner for village residents and non-profit organizations from no charge to by donation, and charge the $30.00 deposit for all. Nays: Goodrich MC Motion Post Support Bible Allow the United Methodist Church use of the Hall April 8, 9, &10, 2015 for rummage sale, with $30.00 deposit. All Yeas MC Budget 2014-2015 changes. General Fund Income-Property Tax increase by $10,000.00 to $110,626.00 Local Resource increase by $23,160.00 to $31,430.00 increase of $33,160.00. Expenses-Legislative from $16,200.00 to $49,776.00 Village Office from $1,450.00 to $4,625.00 Parks & Recreation from $60.00 to $2,020.00 increase of $33,160.00. Motion Post Support A. Council/Village Official compensation changes have to be made by Ordinance. Therefore the Resolution made at the February 11, 2015 meeting to reduce the Presidents, Clerks and Treasurers pay was not properly implemented.
