It is under warranty. Communications: Rowe Engineering suggests Village of Bancroft update their Master Plan. Discussion on Village Treasurers slip and fall in Village Office. Suggestions made for indoor/outdoor carpet. Paints made for cement are too slippery. New Business: 1. Discussion held on ERC’s recommendation for Employee Compensation. Changes 1. Section 2a; add unless notification is sent to President for extension. 2. Section 3d; add or next in command. 3. Section 4b; add any vacation, sick, and time off, as long as his responsibilities are covered by qualified personnel, shall be approved. June 10, 2015 minutes continued Pg 2 Motion Bible Support R. Changes discussed. The FOIA co-coordinator is the Village Clerk. Motion Barnum Support Post Adopt the new FOIA Guidelines and rescind all previous Ordinances/resolutions pertaining to FOIA. All Yeas MC 4. Planning & Zoning board interest – not on website yet. Post just got website up and running. She will post on website for next month. 5. Water Billing questions. Galaxy and BS&A are not reading correctly. 6. Personnel Manual. The ERC reviewed Morrice and Vernon’s along with input from community. They will start compiling information. 7. Discussion on MML Webinars, Suggestion made to have MML come to a meeting to enlighten the Village Council on the “Opens Meetings Act”. President will see if they can come an hour before a regular meeting. 8. Discussion on Village E-Mail address. New Business: 1. Squad car repairs; have 2 estimates available. Discussion on water tower cleaning/maintenance; send to infrastructure committee for recommendation. 4. 2014 Water Quality Report needs to be put in newspaper and posted on billboard. 5. Discussion on spending limit for the Village President. 6. Discussion on violating the Opens Meeting Act. And better communication from the Village President would relieve tension with the other members on council. 7. Discussion on E-Mail being sent from the Village Presidents business. Discussion on reducing the maintenance on alleys; it will go to the infrastructure committee for recommendations. 9:30p.m. Motion Post Support Bible Extend meeting. All Yeas MC 9. Discussion on new Mowing violation ordinance. 10. Discussion on selling Hummer and other unused assets; tabled. 11. Discussion on Committee appointments. Can committees have only 2 members and does there have to be a chairperson. 12. Discussion on renting tables and chairs out to the residents. Council says no, they are in poor condition. 13. Resolution for delinquent water bills. Motion Post Support Bible Adopt 2014 delinquent water bill resolution. All Yeas MC 14. Discussion held on extending the hours for Police coverage for the summer months. 15. Discussion on charges for turning water service on/off. Has to be done during DPW’s regular hours.
