5. Court Probationers discussed for snow shoveling and/or mowing for Community service.

6 & 7. Discussion on water tower maintenance. The President and Bible will get other estimates to 	
bring to next meeting.

8. Discussion on Planning Commission members.

9. Deposit for Rental of Village Hall discussed. Village will hold $30.00 check/cash for deposit, if  	
hall passes inspection they get that check/cash back.	

10. 2015-16 proposed budget discussed.

11. Discussion held on semi’s parking on Village Property, behind and beside Village Hall.

Unfinished Business
1. Discussion held on purchasing 2 dump truck loads of salt before DPW goes on vacation at the  	
end of January.
