Motion Bible Support Post Change Rules of Procedures, Section 7, to establish 3 separate sub-committees. To be staffed with 2 Council members and the Village President. Keys to Village Office? Cole, Sedlock, Johnson, DPW, & Police. Computer is protected with passwords. 5. Employee overtime approval. Discussion on the 2 hrs overtime for regular meetings. Would DPW start 2 hrs later on the day of council meeting? “No” says his contract states his hrs. are from 7am to 4pm. Motion Johnson Support Bible Suspend all overtime for DPW except for emergencies. Yeas: Bible, R. Miller, Johnson. Nays: Dagen, Goodrich, A. Miller, Post. Motion Failed 6. Village office hours. The President will be in the office on Wednesday evenings from 5-7pm. The Clerk and Treasurer will remain the same. 7. Downtown Development Authority (DDA) discussed. DDA tabled till next month. 8. Establishing official Trustee e-mail addresses discussed. 9. Village Hall rental discussed. Motion Bible Support R. Miller Do not rent Village Hall for no less than $100.00. Except for what has already been booked. All Yeas MC 10. Salt for roads discussed. Council discussed a “My Deal Contract” with Shiawassee County. Tabled till next month. 11. Humvee ownership? The U.S. Government owns the Humvee. Village pays for fuel and oil changes. 12. Torch Set for DPW. Motion Post Support A. Miller Replace DPW’s torch set at a cost of $325.00 from Dalton Elevator.
